Tongue Infections Spots Pictures Cut On Tongue Caused Missing Taste Buds?

Cut on tongue caused missing taste buds? - tongue infections spots pictures

I love sunflowers, and other days one of these shells clamped closed on the tongue and made a small incision. Not enough to bleed, but safe enough to do damage. Immediately after infection buds around the tongue. Now, the infection has disappeared, but there is a small patch on the tongue without papillae. Is this normal for such a thing? If the taste back?
