The melting temperatures of the 2-primers are very different, so in this case we choose the lower T, eg 60.5 C. It would be better if there were changes in the TM primers closer.
I assume this means that the total length 88 NT-ware, or you have heard of the initiators mean? It is not clear.
As provided whatsoever, you have a product so little, I propose the following:
95 ° C for 5 min
30 cycles:
94 C for 30 seconds, 58 C for 15-30 seconds, 72 C for 15 to 30 sec
72 C 8 minutes
